Due to the unique way in which the boundaries have been established in England and Wales, accurate boundary surveys and check surveys are crucial.

GSL can provide digital plans which can be overlaid either ‘graphically’ or rigorously to determine the boundary of a land parcel as The Land Registry Entry shows it. The boundary can then be either marked out or a paper copy submitted to The Land Registry.

This type of survey can be used to resolve boundary conflicts and re-establish ‘lost’ boundaries, especially important for developers and land owners.
